VOKON Audio-Visual System Solution for Smart Hotel

Existing Issues

1. Poor Customer Experience and Lack of Sense of Belonging
The infrastructure systems operate in isolation and fail to meet current operational requirements. The overall customer experience is poor, lacking intelligence and automation, and relying heavily on manual intervention.
2. Too Many Systems, Difficult to Manage
Various audio-visual systems operate independently, resulting in complicated management processes. The lack of big data analysis makes it impossible to gain insights into customer behavior and actual needs.
3. Lack of Unified Conference Room Management
There is no unified reservation or management mechanism for meeting rooms. Although there are many meeting rooms, it is difficult to know which ones are available, requiring staff to check them one by one.
4. Inefficient Information Release Channels
With the current trend toward hotel group management, important information cannot be delivered in a timely manner. In addition, the brand image of externally promoted products and services cannot be effectively communicated.

Distributed Integrated Management System – Functional Applications

Power Management & Lighting Control
Remote Control:
Power supply and lighting for conference systems can be remotely turned on or off from the central control room.
Reservation Management:
Through the cloud-based conference management system, meetings can be reserved in advance, and the conference room power supply can be scheduled to turn on automatically.
After the meeting, the system power can be scheduled to shut down automatically.
Infrared Detection:
When motion sensors detect that a conference room is unoccupied, the distributed integrated management system automatically cuts off power, achieving energy saving, high efficiency, and unattended operation.
Local Control:
Wall-mounted control panels are installed in conference rooms, allowing local and independent control of system power on/off.
Lighting Control:
Conference room lighting can be remotely controlled from the central control room.

Air Conditioning Control

Local Control:
Within the conference room, air conditioning temperature can be adjusted locally via an iPad.
Reservation Management:
Through the cloud-based conference management system, air conditioning can be scheduled to turn on in advance with preset temperature settings.
Post-Meeting Shutdown:
After the meeting, the air conditioning can be scheduled to turn off automatically.
Infrared Detection:
When the motion sensor detects no occupants in the room, the system automatically turns off the air conditioning, achieving energy efficiency and unattended operation.

Motorized Curtain Control

Local Control:
Motorized curtains in the conference room can be opened or closed locally via an iPad.
Reservation Management:
Curtain opening and closing can be preset through the cloud-based conference management system when reserving the meeting room.

Audio Management

Local Control:
Authorized users can locally adjust volume levels and switch audio matrix routing in the conference room.
Remote Control:
Through the distributed management system, audio switching, scheduling, and volume adjustment can also be remotely controlled.

Video Management

Local Control:
Authorized users can locally control video source switching within the conference room.
Remote Control:
Video routing, scheduling, and centralized management can be implemented through the distributed management system.

Scene Mode Management

Meeting Mode:
Display screens remain off; only the sound reinforcement system and lighting are activated.
Presentation Mode:
Display screens are turned on, required content is switched to the screen, and front-stage lighting is dimmed.
Break Mode:
Lights are turned off, sound reinforcement and display systems are shut down, and air conditioning operates in intelligent energy-saving mode.

Interconnection and System Integration

Multiple venues can be interconnected.
For large-scale multifunctional presentations, audio and video signals can be transmitted synchronously via the internal LAN to training rooms for live broadcasting.
Banquet hall events can be simultaneously transmitted to private rooms for synchronized viewing.

Monitoring Signal Scheduling

Centralized scheduling and management of:
Hotel monitoring center KVM workstations
Hotel surveillance systems
Hotel data services
Remote video conferencing
Hotel GIS maps
Information release systems

Background Music System

Background music is divided into independent zones across different areas of the hotel, creating a relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, and serving as a vital component of the smart hotel system.
Music selection and volume adjustment can be easily controlled via a mobile app.

Integrated Fire Emergency Broadcasting

The fire emergency broadcast system is integrated to cover the entire hotel, ensuring safety and protection for the smart hotel and providing a secure environment for guests and staff.
