Smart Paperless Conference Host
2. The smart paperless meeting host features two user types: system administrators and administrators. System administrators possess the authority to add, configure, and manage users and passwords. Each administrator maintains independent access rights to meetings they create, while system administrators retain access to all meetings.
3. The smart paperless conference host and multiple smart interactive conference devices can be networked via a wired connection, supporting simultaneous screen display across multiple smart interactive conference devices.
4. Agenda Distribution Function: After generating meeting agendas on the smart paperless conference host, they can be distributed to designated smart interactive devices for display. The system automatically shows the most recently updated documents associated with each agenda item.
5. The display from the smart interactive meeting device can be output via the HDMI port of the smart paperless codec to an external display device for viewing.
6. Press the meeting service call button on the lift-type touchscreen of the smart interactive conference device to upload the call information to the smart paperless conference host.
7. Voting information indicating approval, disapproval, or abstention may be selected on the smart interactive meeting devices.
8. System notifications can be entered via the smart paperless meeting host and distributed to smart interactive meeting devices. Alternatively, text information can be entered on smart interactive meeting devices and uploaded to the smart paperless meeting host.
9. The electronic handwriting whiteboard can be displayed simultaneously on the touchscreens of multiple smart interactive conference devices.
10. Meeting documents containing participant information, meeting minutes, and voting results can be saved on the smart paperless meeting host.
11. On the smart paperless conference host, you can group manage multiple smart interactive conference devices, add devices and corresponding voting participants, select meeting background images and configure displayed text information, then push these settings to the devices. You can also add or modify meeting names and push them to the devices, set participant seating order, and configure which files are permitted to display on designated smart interactive conference devices.
12. Configurable Control: Supports attendance check-in, intelligent document distribution, interactive screen-sharing presentations during meetings, external signal display on terminals, any terminal screen projection onto large displays, meeting services, meeting polls, meeting communication, interactive whiteboards, and post-meeting content saving; configure chairperson and delegate units, add participants, set welcome messages, define meeting themes, arrange participant seating, upload meeting materials with file permissions, add polls and select participants.
13. Set up the chairperson's unit and delegate units, add participants, configure welcome messages, set meeting topics, arrange participant seating, upload meeting materials and configure file permissions, add polls and select participants eligible to vote;
14. Access Modes: Client access mode, web access mode. Supports administrator login and participant login. Enables participants to preview meeting materials before the session. Supports online editing and annotation of meeting materials with real-time upload and updates. Supports retrieval and archiving of historical meeting materials.
15. Screen Sharing: Supports desktop sharing, terminal screen mirroring, terminal screen casting, external signal casting, and more.
16. Source File Push Functionality: Supports intelligent push of meeting documents. Backend files are automatically pushed to frontend meeting terminals based on meeting progress and permission settings. File push permissions can be configured; terminals without display rights will automatically block the file from appearing. The system also supports native file push functionality for meeting documents, eliminating the need for secondary conversion and ensuring consistent file formats (supporting doc, docx, xls, xlsx, ppt, pptx, pdf, png, jpg, html, htm, mht, tif, tiff, txt, etc.).
17. Supports conference sign-in and 3-key, 4-key, or 5-key voting. Voting can be conducted via computer software or through the chairman microphone with a 3.5-inch color screen. Supports five voting modes: voting, evaluation, ballot, election, and scoring.
18. Features a fire alarm interface for integration with fire suppression systems, ensuring attendee safety; (Optional)
19. Multiple audio input/output interfaces: 1 pair of balanced XLR inputs, 1 pair of XLR outputs (with feedback), 1 pair of 6.35mm TRS outputs (with feedback), 1 pair of RCA inputs, 1 pair of RCA auxiliary outputs, and 1 pair of RCA audio outputs with feedback.
20. Supports hardware self-test functionality, capable of detecting the number and type of microphones mounted on the system;
21. Supports microphone button detection to determine whether a button is functional;
22. Supports CAT6 Ethernet cable transmission, with an extension cable length of up to 50 meters.
23. Supports dual host backup functionality, enabling dual host backup through a dedicated link box.
24. Standard safety power supply design with 110-220V wide AC input. Internal switch-mode transformer ensures sufficient power capacity.
25. In addition to powering the unit itself, it can also supply discussion units with an output voltage of 24 volts DC, which falls within the safe voltage range, ensuring the safety of participants during use.
