Supports synchronous transmission of audio/video files to other conference terminals and large-screen projectors, with audio routed to mixing consoles. Enables 1080P video screen broadcasting without quality degradation, displaying 1080P native resolution at the receiving end with a 20fps frame rate for smooth video playback. Screen broadcasting latency is less than 300 milliseconds. Supports muted transmission and muted reception of screen broadcasting signals.
12. Asynchronous Browsing Function: Supports any authorized conference terminal to switch between the remote presenter's screen and the local terminal screen with a single click, enabling free signal interaction. Participants can use this feature to view and operate their own documents, etc.
13. Presenter Tracking Feature: Conference terminals in asynchronous browsing mode support one-click synchronization to any current view displayed by the presenter, maintaining real-time consistency.
14. External Signal Display Function: Supports real-time display of external signals on all participant terminals with synchronized presentation (external signals include matrix-switched video signals, computer signals, laptop signals, camera signals, DVD signals, multimedia outlets, etc.).
15. Temporary File Functionality: Supports one-click broadcasting of any file from an external USB drive to other meeting terminals and large screens, enabling sharing of meeting files with other participants.
16. PC/Android Tablet Functionality: Supports paperless software interface and Windows/Android interface switching for standard computer operations. Screen mirroring is available for simultaneous display (e.g., computer training sessions, web browsing, OA software, and other operations can be demonstrated on the same screen).
17. Chairperson Control Functions: Supports single or multiple chairpersons. Chairperson privileges include controlling meeting progress: - Enable unified sign-in; - Switch all terminal display functions: Meeting slogan, welcome page, nameplate display, Main Conference Interface; Enable Meeting Agenda; Initiate and Conclude Voting; The Chair Unit can select a screen broadcast signal source (external signal or participant terminal) to enforce screen synchronization to all terminals and large-screen projections, or broadcast only to large-screen projections; Capable of ending screen synchronization, concluding the meeting, and shutting down the conference system."
