CSSC Group Project

A super-large key state-owned backbone enterprise—it is the main force in China’s naval equipment construction, a leading force in the global shipbuilding industry, and a supporting force for building a maritime power. China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited (referred to as CSSC) was established on October 14, 2019, through the merger and restructuring of the former China State Shipbuilding Corporation and the former China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation, in accordance with the decision of the Party Central Committee and with the approval of the State Council.​

China State Shipbuilding Corporation Limited needs to realize functions including electronic storage and sharing of data, automated meeting management, data security and confidentiality, sound clarity and coverage, noise suppression and echo cancellation, flexibility and scalability, speech management, sound collection and transmission, as well as data recording and statistics. For the renovation of CSSC’s meeting room project, VOKON has formulated a targeted solution as follows:​

VOKON Paperless System:​Applied by CSSC, the system supports one-click activation of multiple meeting rooms and automatic document distribution with configurable distribution permissions. Meanwhile, the one-click screen sharing function enables participants to synchronously view videos or documents, greatly improving meeting efficiency. It is environmentally friendly, energy-saving, secure, and confidential.​

VOKON Sound Reinforcement System:​Deployed in the meeting rooms and lecture halls of CSSC, it ensures the clarity and coverage of meeting or report sounds.​

VOKON Conference System:​Applied in the meeting rooms and lecture halls of CSSC, it enhances the interactivity of meetings.​
