In order To meet functional requirements including electronic storage and sharing of data, automated meeting management, data security and confidentiality, sound clarity and coverage, noise suppression and echo cancellation, flexibility and scalability, speech management, sound collection and transmission, as well as data recording and statistics, VOKON provided an integrated solution for CRRC Group as follows:​

VOKON Paperless System:​Applied in CRRC Group’s command center, the system realizes electronic and paperless transmission and storage of meeting materials. Featuring high confidentiality, electronic archiving, and stability and reliability, it supports multiple functions such as meeting reservation, notification, check-in, document sharing, and voting.​

VOKON Sound Reinforcement System:​Deployed in the meeting rooms and lecture halls of CSSC, it ensures the clarity and coverage of meeting or report sounds.​
