Distributed Audio-Visual Interconnection Comprehensive Management System V1 .0

  • Model VM-TS30R

Built on a client-server architecture, this product delivers full-project node status monitoring, covering operational status, temperature, faults, log operations, and other key metrics. It supports automatic identification of different product models and displays network parameters, laying a solid foundation for efficient node management. The user-centric design is exemplified by its customizable UI interface, allowing users to create personalized operation interfaces via intuitive drag-and-drop functionality.

1. Utilizing a client-server architecture, it enables monitoring of the node status across the entire project, including operational status, temperature, faults, log operations, and more .
2. Supports identifying different product models and displaying network parameters to facilitate node management;
3. Support engineers in editing system topology diagrams based on on -site cabling configurations, enabling convenient monitoring of all node operations through the operations and maintenance system . When a node fails, the corresponding node in the system topology will change color to indicate a warning.
5. Supports displaying the status of each node in chart format, enabling batch classification and management of nodes.
6. Supports visual operations and maintenance: View system topology diagrams, device operation logs, operation records, alarm logs, etc .
7.  Supports  real-time  visualization  of  node  device  operational  data—including  device  name,  IP  address,  online  status,  video  status,  audio  status,  IO  status, temperature, memory usage, CPU usage, and disk usage—in either tabular or categorized views.
8. Supports visualization of operational statistics reports on the maintenance platform, enabling viewing of total device count, online and faulty device counts, regional and typological analysis, online duration, alarm-triggering devices, failure rates, peak online times, and device operational duration.
9. Supports automatic alerts, centrally displaying all device alert information and operation logs. Theoretically supports unlimited entries in the database . Alert types include overheating, network disconnections, and abnormal video status. Users can handle specific alerts; upon resolution, the system records the handler and resolution time for management purposes. Logs can be exported in Excel format.
10. Supports customizable UI interfaces designed by users through drag-and-drop functionality;

The product excels in visual operation and maintenance (O&M). Engineers can edit system topology diagrams based on on-site cabling configurations, enabling convenient real-time monitoring of all node operations. Faulty nodes in the topology diagram automatically change color to issue clear warnings. It supports multi-format visualization of node data—presenting 10+ operational indicators (including device name, IP address, online status, audio/video status, IO status, temperature, memory/CPU/disk usage) in tables or categorized views, and displaying node status in charts for batch classification and management.
Comprehensive visual operational statistics reports are available on the O&M platform, providing insights into total device count, online/faulty device numbers, regional/typological analysis, online duration, alarm-triggering devices, failure rates, peak online times, and device operational duration. It features automatic alerts, centrally displaying all device alert information (e.g., overheating, network disconnections, abnormal video status) and operation logs with theoretically unlimited database storage. Alerts can be handled by users, with the system recording handlers and resolution times for management traceability. Logs are exportable in Excel format, significantly enhancing O&M efficiency and management refinement.
