Smart Digital Government Solution
Digital government is a new stage of digital informatization that takes supporting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity as its core objective. By strengthening the information infrastructure, building digital platforms, and restructuring the digital government architecture, business processes, and management models, it promotes the high-quality development of the digital economy, digital society, and digital ecosystem. It represents a new model and architecture for supporting social governance and economic development, and is also an inevitable requirement for social and economic innovation and development.

The meeting room reservation system is a conference management system composed of people and computers that collects, transmits, stores, maintains, and utilizes information. Once a meeting is reserved, the meeting time slot is confirmed, resolving scheduling conflicts and reducing issues such as chaotic meeting room management, uneven utilization, and inadequate equipment. This maximizes meeting room usage while standardizing meeting processes and improving overall management efficiency.
The meeting management system also supports reservation and approval workflows, making it easier for administrators to manage meeting rooms effectively
Paperless Conference System
Paperless office solutions, as the name suggests, eliminate the need for paper by combining hardware and software to deliver an optimal modern office experience. The VOKON Paperless Conference System is developed on the Kylin operating system with embedded architecture, ensuring high security and system stability, and it supports the installation of office software within the Kylin ecosystem.
Currently, VOKON’s paperless conference solution supports multiple Chinese operating systems, including Galaxy Kylin, UOS, Phytium OS, and HarmonyOS. While achieving environmental protection goals, the system also provides significant benefits for meetings.
By integrating display, discussion, sound reinforcement, central control, and high-definition signal switching systems, the paperless conference system simplifies complex meeting processes, reduces time and cost waste, and supports efficient office operations.
Smart Party-Building Digital Display
Based on an intelligent all-in-one touch display as the hardware platform, program content is managed and remotely distributed through a backend service system, enabling the integration and centralized management of various party-building media resources. The system supports the creation of digital classrooms with more than 200 content courses, covering high-quality party-building materials such as Party history stories, national history lectures, the power of belief, and the 70-year history of New China.
Video Conferencing System
Adopts a cloud-based architecture with distributed MCUs. Failure or shutdown of any single MCU does not affect normal system operation. As long as at least one MCU is running, the entire conference can function normally.
Supports an MCU resource pool, where multiple MCUs can be freely combined into various cascading modes, including tree topology and mesh topology. These MCUs form a shared resource “pool” that enables unified scheduling and mutual backup.
Supports high-definition video conferencing over standard home ADSL connections.
Utilizes H.264 (High Profile) encoding and decoding technology, delivering high-definition video quality while reducing bandwidth usage by up to 50%.
Bandwidth requirements: 1080p60 at 2 Mbps, 1080p30 at 1 Mbps, 720p at 512 Kbps, and continuous audio/video even at 64 Kbps, with automatic adaptation to bandwidth fluctuations.
Significantly reduces expensive bandwidth costs and lowers overall system operating expenses.
Centralized Control System
The centralized control system is the core of an intelligent multimedia conference room, integrating lighting, mechanical devices, projection, and audio-visual control into a single platform. It provides users with a simple and intuitive control interface, enabling easy monitoring and management of the status and functions of all equipment within the space.
The conference room control system is designed with a central control host and an audio-video switching matrix to support real-time switching and scheduling of audio and video signals. The system is operated via a wireless touch panel. Based on the meeting room usage schedule, control programs are edited and uploaded to the control host and wireless touch panel for execution. Through the wireless touch panel interface, users can achieve real-time audio-video switching and unified control, effectively simplifying complex operations.
