IP Network Fire alarm Panel (32 zone)

  • Model ZP-3001

ZP-3001 is a 1U rack-mount 32-zone IP fire alarm interface panel, designed to connect a building's fire alarm system to an IP-based public address and voice alarm system. Upon receiving trigger signals from the fire detection system, it automatically activates the voice evacuation system and broadcasts prerecorded emergency voice messages to the assigned zones, ensuring fast, coordinated life-safety announcements. The 19-inch chassis operates on AC 220V mains and features IP addressable control for seamless integration with networked PA platforms. Ideal for hotels, hospitals, shopping malls, office buildings, factories, schools and other commercial buildings requiring compliant, reliable fire-to-PA voice evacuation integration.

In terms of network configuration, the server supports the DHCP protocol, enabling automatic IP address acquisition without manual setting, which greatly reduces deployment difficulty and operation and maintenance costs. Equipped with line supervision function and an intuitive UI, operators can quickly get started to manage the entire IP audio system without professional skills, improving work efficiency.

The device comes with a wealth of built-in core functions, including system setup, system monitoring, media player, program timer and system memory modules, meeting the full-process needs of broadcasting in one stop. It supports online playback of cloud MP3 files, and can execute scheduled broadcast tasks to designated loudspeaker zones at preset times via matrix mode, achieving precise audio coverage. Meanwhile, the software can real-time monitor and display the working status of each device, making abnormalities clear at a glance for timely troubleshooting.

In terms of zone management and timing control, the device features flexible multi-level loudspeaker zone definition. Users can assign loudspeakers to as many zones as needed simultaneously to implement diversified broadcast strategies. The built-in weekly timer can broadcast pre-recorded voice messages, bells and songs to selected zones via contact trigger or manual operation, suitable for scenarios such as school class bells and enterprise work schedule reminders.

As a core encoding device, it integrates fire alarm system interface, enabling seamless linkage with IP network audio systems. Once triggered by a closed contact from the fire alarm center, it automatically broadcasts pre-recorded voice alarm messages. Different zone triggers can be assigned unique voice messages, stored in the server or controller for quick access. The fire alarm center sends closed contacts to the fire alarm panel, which communicates with the server via LAN RJ45 port, prompting the server to command specific pre-set messages to designated speaker zones.

One fire alarm panel supports 32 speaker zones and is compatible with both IP network PA and intercom systems. The system scales efficiently, with one IP network audio system supporting over 200 units working in tandem, covering more than 6,400 speaker zones. It leverages existing LAN/WAN networks, no dedicated network required, reducing deployment costs. This integration enhances emergency response, ensuring targeted, timely alarms while maintaining the system’s flexibility and stability for daily and critical scenarios.
